A LITTLE BUNDLE OF ADORABLE! Meet BUTTONS, an adorable mix of dachshund, yorkie and Chihuahua. Born in early September, this sweet little girl weighs under 5 lbs. at the moment and will likely weigh less than 8 lbs. at maturity. So, if you’re looking for a lap puppy that will remain a lap dog as an adult, Buttons is a good choice. At this age, though, puppies need a lot of attention, handling and care and should not be left alone more than 3 to 4 hours at a stretch. We’re looking for an adopter who has that kind of time to devote – a home where one of the adults doesn’t work or works only part-time or the adults work different hours. Also, Buttons isn’t old enough yet to house train, so be prepared to clean up a lot. Finally, we’re looking for a household that does not have children under the age of 7. There’s also a $100 spay deposit, which we will refund when her adopters have her spayed no later than eight months of age, as required by our contract.
