APPROPRIATELY NAMED.  We named her JOLLY because this 4-month-old redbone coonhound is just so joyful! She loves to run and play with the other dogs here, then comes over for a pet and a belly rub. She has a very sweet, slightly submissive personality, is smart and eager to learn and will make a great family dog. She’s already getting the hang of house training and sleeps through most nights. At this age, Jolly should be meeting lots of new people/other pets and being introduced to different circumstances so that she grows up to be a confident, well balanced adult. We’re looking for adopters who have the time to give her that – preferably a home where family members work different hours or someone is home a lot so that she isn’t alone more than3 to 4 hours or so at a time until she’s older. Email info@savethestrays.org today for an application. Jolly is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Her adoption fee is $125. We also require a $75 spay deposit, which we will refund when her adopters have her spayed at six months of age, as required by our contract.
