A FUZZY BALL OF LOVE! Born in early February, Tank will make a great family dog. He's outgoing and playful, as well as smart - already getting the hang of going outside to do his business. And even though he's quite young, he has fit in nicely with the adult dogs here. At this age, Tank needs an adopter who is home a lot to spend time with him and feed him three times a day. That means someone in the household doesn't work, is retired, or works only part-time, or the adults work different shifts. We're also looking for a household that doesn't have toddlers under age 4 because children that age also require a great deal of time and attention. Tank needs to be  handled a lot, introduced to lots of new people, places and things, so that he'll grow up to be a confident, well behaved adult. That won't happen if he's left alone for more than 2 to 3 hours a day. If you can give Tank the time and love he needs, email info@savethestrays.org for our application. His adoption fee is $100. Because Tank is too young to neuter, we also require a $75 neuter deposit, which we will refund when his adopter has him neutered.
