SWEET AS SUGAR. Zach, a 4-year-old shepherd/beagle mix, is gentle, quiet and totally loveable. At a recent adoption event – his first such outing – he greeted all the people and other dogs who approached him with kisses. He was especially good with the younger children who stopped to pet him. His calm demeanor and gentleness would also make him a wonderful companion for an older person or someone who leads a less active life. Zach’s adoption fee is $125.
