ADORABLE POCKET PET. Dante is a playful 8-month-old whose favorite activities are playing with toys, romping with the other dogs and cuddling and giving kisses. He weighs just under 10 lbs., and we don't think he'll get much bigger, so he's the perfect lap dog. Dante is crate-trained and pretty well house-trained; neutered; up to date on vaccinations, and on heartworm prevention. We are looking for an adopter who has plenty of time to spend with him - i.e., someone who is home during the day, or they work only part-time or have staggered work schedules - because this is a crucial time in his socialization. He needs lots of love/handling, meeting new people, going new places, etc. to grow into a confidant, outgoing, well balanced adult. Another, mature dog is also a plus, as pups learn from other dogs, and we greatly prefer a fenced yard.
