THANKS TO NANCY S. OF PENNSYLVANIA FOR GIVING TOOTSIE (NOW RENAMED GINGER) A REAL HOME OF HER OWN! Found on a busy highway. Tootsie was foraging for food along a busy highway when we found her. This sweet dog was underweight and a little shy, but blossomed into a well-behaved companion who is housetrained, walks calmly on leash, rides well in the car and gets along with other dogs of all sizes.
