I'M A DAPPER LITTLE GENTLEMAN. My name is Rags, but there's nothing raggedy about me. I'm friendly, well mannered, calm and quiet. I walk quietly on leash and ride calmly in the car. I love to be held and petted and will sit in your lap for hours. I do have something called "dry eye," which means I need prescription drops put in it every day. I also have a little arthritis in one knee. But I have lots of life in me, and lots of love to give to any person or family willing to love me forever in return.
