DELIGHTFUL LITTLE YORKIE. Niko is the complete package. Just one year old, he’s good with adults, children, other dogs, cats and even a pet rooster. At just 11 lbs, he’s also the perfect size for a lap dog.

His foster mom says Niko is active – enjoys running her fenced yard, barking at squirrels and playing with toys. But he also loves to cuddle and is calm in the house. She has a doggie door, which has helped become reliably house trained. If the doggie door is closed, he goes and sits by the door when he wants out.

Niko is up to date on vaccines, heartworm-negative and on prevention and neutered. He also recently had a bath and groom (so his coat is short at the moment). Don’t miss out on this family friendly little dog. Adoption fee: $300. Email info@savethestrays.org for our application.
