Bella's owner died and she needs someone to give her a new forever home. She was an indoor dog but is currently living in a pen and being cared for by neighbors. While it's better than being in a shelter, it's not ideal. The people caring for her would really like to see her get into a real home before cold weather sets in. Bella is really sweet and missing the affection she used to get from her owner. She's good with other dogs and cats.
