JAKE! This outgoing lab mix is less than a year old and ready for his forever home. His foster mom says he is smart, outgoing, good with kids and strangers, and very, very snuggly. Jake gets along well with other dogs, is curious about cats (but does chase the neighbor’s cats out of her yard), loves toys and is a bit of a goofball. (He steals socks if they’re left lying around.) In other words, a typical puppy – but past teething, so doesn’t chew on furniture or other household objects. Jake is reliably house-trained, although his foster mom does still crate him if she goes out for any length of time. He likes to ride in the car (sleeps most of the time while riding) and is doing fairly well with leash training. Jake has been neutered, is up to date on vaccines and tested negative for heartworms and tick-borne diseases. This loving, healthy, sociable pup’s adoption fee is just $250.
