Meet LULA! This border collie mix is laid back, friendly to all, impeccably house trained, leash-trained and enjoys riding in the car. Lula loves being loved on, playing with the other dogs here and snoozing on the couch. We could see her in a home with children, but she would also make a wonderful companion for an older individual or couple that wants a buddy who doesn’t demand a lot of exercise. Lula is in good health, spayed and up to date on vaccines, but did test positive for heartworms. (She has been getting what is known as the “slow kill” treatment, which we can explain to potential adopters.) Lula is allergic to cats, so no kitties, please. Lula’s adoption fee is $225.
