Hi! My name is DUKE, and I’m a cockapoo. My dad was a standard poodle, my mom a cocker spaniel. Me? I’m the best of both. I have my dad’s stature and curly (non-shedding) hair and my mom’s sweet nature. I’m only a few months away from my second birthday (in February), so I’m still something of a pup (I like to play). If you’re looking for other vital statistics, I weigh just under 35 lbs. I’m house trained, pretty good on leash, come when I’m called and get right into my crate when I’m asked to kennel up. I used to live with a family that had children, so kiddos are okay with me. I like it here at Save the Strays, but I am ready for a new forever home. I’ve had all my vaccinations, I’m neutered and I’m microchipped. All I need is regular grooming and lots and lots of love. My adoption fee is $400.
