MR. WIGGLES is outgoing and friendly to all - never met a stranger! This 2-year-old chi mix just wants to hang by your side or sit in your lap all day long. Wiggles gets along with all the other dogs here at the rescue. He's playful and outgoing with them and on the submissive side. Wiggles walks well on leash and likes riding in the car. His sunny personality makes him a great choice for virtually any adopter.
