Labrador Retriever (short coat) : : Male (neutered) : : Senior : : Large
He’s chocolate on the outside with a sweet heart and soul inside – that’s why we named this senior lab ROLO. We don’t know how this wonderful fellow ended up on the street, but he’s obviously been a house dog at some point. Rolo seems to be house trained, kennels up in his crate on request, walks well on leash, and knows the commands for “sit” and “shake.” He’s gentle as a lamb, good with kids and will stick right by your side as you go about your day. Rolo doesn’t need a lot of exercise, but he still has the energy to run and play with the other dogs here at Save the Strays. Our vet says he’s in good health and places his age at about 10 years, so he still has a lot of love to give. If you’re looking for a quieter companion to pass the time with, look no further than Rolo. Adoption fee: $75. Apply online at www.savethestrays.org or email info@savethestrays.org for more information. More about RoloGood with Dogs, Good with Kids Video of Rolo:
