EXUBERANT! That’s the best way to describe this young shepherd mix. Raffie is outgoing, friendly and full of energy. When he goes out, he takes off for a run, then quickly comes back to hang out. He just wants to receive and give love. Raffie is crate-trained and coming along with house-training; is heartworm-negative, up to date on vaccines and neutered. His adoption fee is $150.
