ONE OF A BONDED PAIR.  Cappy, a 6-year-old male toy poodle, came into our rescue with Cara, a 9-year-old female toy poodle. The two are tightly bonded and MUST BE ADOPTED TOGETHER. Both dogs were a little ragged, thin and had minor skin and severe dental issues at intake, but have now had thorough physical exams, comprehensive blood panels, x-rays, dentistry and vaccinations. We topped all that off with a professional grooming and the transformation has been amazing.

 Although they were a little reticent when we received them, Cappy and Cara have both blossomed into very social, loving lapdogs who actively seek affection. We’re looking for adopters who will make this sweet pair an integral part of their home and family and give them lots of time and attention. A quieter home with no children or older children (10+) is greatly preferred.

For those not familiar with poodles, they do require regular bathing and clipping/grooming (we recommend once a month), and frequent brushing to keep their naturally curly coats looking their best. So be prepared to build those requirements into your schedule and budget.
