ABSOLUTELY PRECIOUS! Meet TIPPER, an adorable 1-1/2 year old chiweenie (Chihuahua and dachshund). Tipper is shy and wary of strangers, sudden movements and loud noises, so she’s not appropriate for a home with children. But once she gets to know you, she’s quite loving, playful and cuddly. We’re looking for an adult adopter or adult-only home who can give her lots of attention and exposure to new people, places and situations to help her become more well rounded.
