NEEDS A LITTLE TLC. Buddy is an 18-month-old, 12- lb. min pin/Chihuahua mix. He wants to love and be loved, but is somewhat fearful because he came out of an abusive home. The key to winning this dog's heart is gentleness. (Treats also go a long way. He learned to sit in five minutes, thanks to some chicken jerky!) Buddy walks well on leash, is crate- and house-trained (but does occasionally 'mark'), is up to date on vaccinations, heartworm-negative and neutered.
